On Monday 6th September St Helen's CE Primary School re-opened to all pupils.
In preparation for this, our school completed a rigorous and thorough risk assessment process and used this to put together a detailed re-opening plan for our school. Whilst writing these documents the priority always has been the safety of our pupils, parents and staff. The planning process has been extremely robust and has involved guidance from the DfE, Warrington Local Authority, Liverpool Diocesan Schools Trust and Compliance Education, our health and safety advisors. The documents have then gone through a rigorous process of consultation involving staff, governors and trade unions. Following all this our risk assessment and re-opening plans have then gone through thorough scrutiny by LDST Directors. Following this process our documents have been formally approved by LDST Directors in preparation for our re-opening on Monday.
